How I feel wearing aligners.

Now if you've followed this blog for a while then you would know that about eight days ago I got aligners to help fix my teeth. At first they were very uncomfortable and hurt to take of but now they feel like I'm not wearing them and sometimes when I'm wearing them I check if I am because that's how much I've adjusted to them.

Although this is the first set of aligners and I will have to repeat this process 36 times. But in the end it will be worth it. The reason being is that my lower jaw is misplaced and I have a very big overbite of 14 millimetres. I have about 2 days before I switch to my second set of aligners.
