I have started my second aligners.

This will probably be the last time I write about my aligners for a while because this is my third post about this topic and it is quite likely that some people will get sick of it. The previous

I have just put in my second pair of aligners. I have to put the third pair in ten days. In total I have to wear 36 pairs. My front teeth have some very mild pain when ever i close my mouth but besides that it is very much similar to the last pair. overall I believe aligners are a better alternative to braces as long as you remember to keep them on and any other instructions your dentist or doctor had stated.
